SJ Henry built her career in high-performance environments.

As a healthcare recruitment leader and founder of Clutch Agency, she spent over two decades placing physicians, dentists, executives, and corporate professionals into roles across the country, helping organizations grow and individuals succeed at the highest levels.

But over time, she noticed a pattern: The most successful people weren’t always the most fulfilled.

​

She’s built a career, a company, and a family; she knows firsthand that success in every area of life doesn’t guarantee alignment in any of them.

As a former All-American athlete, executive, and business owner, her identity centered on discipline, endurance, and achievement. But those same traits that created success also made it easy to stay in roles, expectations, and identities long after they no longer fit.

Now, SJ helps high-achieving women untangle identity from performance so they can stop maintaining a life that looks right and start creating one that actually feels right.
